We’ve selected Squamish for its stunning landscapes and ideal wind conditions. Approximately 50 minutes north of Vancouver, on the way to Whistler ski resort, Squamish is nestled amidst rugged mountains and a turquoise river (technically the Howe Sound). The consistent thermal winds funneling through the valley and over the water creates a uniquely breathtaking wingfoiling environment. The town is a full-on adventure sport community and offers all the amenities you could ask for, from cozy accommodation to well-equipped rental shops and delicious eateries. They also have world class mountain biking, trails of all kinds and granite monolith rock climbing… what more can you ask for?
